Returns and Refunds

At MyDecoHome, we want you to feel confident about every wall art purchase. If a return is needed, eligible physical items may be sent back or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging and hardware. You also need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. Any product that has been customized beyond the standard options listed is not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at contact@mydecohome.shop for approval. Once your return is authorized, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, packing instructions, and a return authorization number (RA#) that must be written clearly on the outside of the package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, with the wrong size, design, or color, or if any parts or hardware are missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including products with personalized text or images, clearance items, final sale products, and any damage that happens after delivery because of improper handling.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, follow the normal return process and place a new order for the replacement product. After your return is approved, the available credit can be applied toward your new purchase.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, which usually takes 3–5 business days, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the money to appear in your account.
